Returning or exchanging your hat? Start here.

 Please note: any items purchased on our site at a discounted price of 25% or more (item discount or promotional discount code) are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return or refund. No refunds or exchanges can be offered for these items.

If an item is returned worn or damaged, and there was no initial communication stating that the item was defective upon the receipt of the item, the item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping costs.

To initiate a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused. 
  2. All tags, including the hangtag must remain intact.
  3. The item must be returned in its original packaging or a box in similar size and condition. 
  4. Please do NOT crush or fold hat when shipping back - this can cause damages and we will not be able to accept your return. 
  5. Please include the packing slip with the return.
  6. Please note that if your return does not follow the above we may not be able to accept the return and will only offer store credit OR the item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping costs.
