Extended Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between Friday, Nov 15th 2024 and Tuesday, December 24th 2024 may be returned by January 15th, 2025 for store credit. Please note that  all sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for the extended policy.

Would you like to make a return? No problem, and sorry it didn't work out! WYETH gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of when your package was delivered.
We do not except returns of any items puchased at a sale price of 25% or more.
All returned items must be received in our warehouse before the end of the 30 day window in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. Any item received after the 30 day window will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

 

Sizing

 Hat too big or need some TLC? We're sorry! Here's some pointers!

• There is a velcro size adjuster located inside the hat under the black ribbon near our branded tag
• You can use a hand steamer to reshape the hat as desired

 

Refunds

Use our return portal to initiate a return and receive a return label.

If an item is returned worn or damaged, and there was no initial communication stating that the item was defective upon the receipt of the item, the item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Once your return is received and approved for a return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment used for the order. If for any reason your return is not approved, we will contact you directly and will send the merchandise back to the address on file for the original order. If you are missing a refund for your order, please contact us at hello@wyethusa.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sales

Any items purchased on our site at a discounted price of 25% or more(item discount or promo code) are FINAL sale and are ineligible for return or refund.

Free Shipping $125+

All items ship free on all orders $125+ via USPS Ground/Economy in the United States. You have the option however to select other shipping methods at checkout calculated by the shipping provider. Orders will ship within 2-3 days from purchase, unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

Free shipping cannot be applied to international orders. One promotion per order. 

International Orders

We are pleased to finally be able to offer shipping to Canada and beyond as of September 2023. Please note--All international sales are FINAL sale. 

Exchanges
