Returns

Would you like to make a return? No problem, and sorry it didn't work out! WYETH gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund within 30 days of when your package was delivered to the shipping address used on your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items must be received in our warehouse before the end of the 30 day window in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. Any item received after the 30 day window will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

 

Here are some sizing tips on our hats for reference in case this may have been a reason for return:

  • There is a velcro size adjuster located inside the hat under the black ribbon near our branded tag

  • You can use a steamer to reshape the hat as desired

 

Refunds

Items purchased through a third party seller such as Madewell or J.Crew:
There should have been a packing slip and complimentary return label in a clear pouch in the box. Either just inside or taped to the inside of the box flap. Please be sure to include the slip and use the label to send us back the hat.

Use our return portal to receive a free return label.

If an item is returned worn or damaged, and there was no initial communication stating that the item was defective upon the receipt of the item, the item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Once your return is received and approved for a return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment used for the order. If for any reason your return is not approved, we will contact you directly and will send the merchandise back to the address on file for the original order. If you are missing a refund for your order, please contact us at hello@touchandgoinc.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Sales

Any items purchased on our site at a discounted price of 30% or more(item discount or promo code) are FINAL sale and are ineligible for return or refund.


Free Shipping Promotion

Shipping costs are covered up to $15, per free shipping on orders over $125 promotion. Free shipping cannot be combined with discount codes. Free shipping cannot be applied to international orders. One promotion per order. 


International Orders

We are pleased to finally be able to offer shipping to Canada and beyond as of September 2023. Please note--All international sales are FINAL sale. 


Exchanges

**If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a shipping carrier that offers package tracking or shipping insurance. Though uncommon, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will receive your package and want to make sure we can assist you in the best way possible in the event of a misplaced package.
