Shipping
All items ship from our Long Beach California warehouse. We ship as quickly as possible and ship in 2-3 business days.
Sales
Any items purchased on our site at a discounted price of 25% or more (item discount or promo code) are FINAL sale and are ineligible for return or refund.
Free Shipping $100+
All items ship free on all orders $100+ via USPS Ground/Economy OR FedEx Ground Economy within the continental United States. You have the option however to select other shipping methods at checkout calculated by the shipping provider.
Flat Rate shipping is available for $5.00 for domestic ground orders within the continental United States under $100.
Orders will ship within 2-3 days from purchase, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Free shipping cannot be applied to international orders. One promotion per order.
Returns
Would you like to make a return? No problem, and sorry it didn't work out!
WYETH gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online in original packaging and shipping packaging for a full refund within 30 days of when your package was delivered.
Hat fit too big or too small?
Here are some sizing tips on our hats for reference in case this may have been a reason for return:

To initiate a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
- All tags, including the hangtag must remain intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging or a box in similar size and condition.
- Please include the packing slip with the return.

***If an item is returned worn or damaged, and there was no initial communication stating that the item was defective upon the receipt of the item, the item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Please note that we will not accept RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES without the original packaging. No exceptions will be made to this policy. We reserve the right to refuse any returns based on these terms.

We do not accept returns of any items purchased at a sale price of 25% or more.
All returned items must be received in our warehouse before the end of the 30 day window in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. Any item received after the 30 day window will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Refunds
Use our return portal to initiate a return and receive a return label.
If an item is returned worn or damaged, and there was no initial communication stating that the item was defective upon the receipt of the item, the item will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Once your return is received and approved for a return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment used for the order. If for any reason your return is not approved, we will contact you directly and will send the merchandise back to the address on file for the original order. If you are missing a refund for your order, please contact us at hello@wyethusa.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
We are pleased to finally be able to offer shipping to Canada and beyond as of September 2023. Please note--All international sales are FINAL sale.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item within 30 days of the original purchase, please use our return portal here. If you have any fit, style, or other questions that we can assist you with for your exchange, please contact us at hello@wyethusa.com.
