      What if I don't know his hat size?
      Most Wyeth hats are one size, with a velcro adjuster inside the sweatband that sizes the hat down. A few styles, like the Bennie cashmere fedora, come in sizes. For the widest fit, shop An Easier Fit. Still unsure? Caps, beanies, bandanas and a gift card all skip the sizing question, and exchanges are easy.
      What's a good Wyeth gift for him?
      Start with a wool felt hat: the Billie fedora and the McGraw cowboy are our best sellers. If he travels, the Lou and Mick crushable fedoras handle a packed bag. For something smaller, try a lambswool Francis beanie ($69), a cashmere bandana ($79), a leather belt ($69) or a wool cap ($49).
      Can he return or exchange a gift?
      Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, undamaged items. Choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund and we add 10% to the value of the return. Items bought at 25% off or more are final sale, as are international orders.
      When do I need to order for the holidays?
      For holiday delivery, order by Mon Dec 7 for Hawaii and Alaska, Wed Dec 9 for standard shipping, Mon Dec 14 for Priority, and Fri Dec 18 by 1 p.m. PT for overnight. Orders ship from our Long Beach, California warehouse, Monday to Friday; in December, allow 3–4 business days for us to pack. After Dec 18, pick up at our Long Beach warehouse, or send a digital gift card by email on the day you choose.
