Layla Cashmere Bandana in Brown

Holiday orders: anything ordered October 30 to December 24, Black Friday included, can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15.

Ships from our Long Beach, CA warehouse in 2-3 business days. We work Monday to Friday, so orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday go out on Monday.

30 days to return or exchange from the day your package arrives, on unworn and undamaged items.

Sending it back: you will be offered two options, and they cost different amounts. Ship back to us gives you a prepaid label to print and drop at the carrier. Schedule package pickup has the carrier collect from your door for about $17.22, which you pay and which cannot be refunded. If you are not sure, choose Ship back to us.

Outside the holiday window, anything bought at 25% off or more is final sale. Items marked Final Sale and international orders are always final sale.

For small stains, you can try using a mild soap, dilute it slightly. Dab just a little bit on with your fingers, scrub with a gentle cloth or a sponge. Then dampen another cloth with warm water to remove the soap. Less is more when it comes to cleaning!

●●●●● Travel Ready

Fold • Pack • Go

Fold it into a bag and go. It comes back to its shape on its own, which is about as easy as travel gets.

It does want room to breathe - a roomy tote, or the top of a case rather than the bottom. Packed tight under everything else for hours it can hold a crease, and a few seconds of steam takes it out. If you want your hat looking box-fresh, carry it instead.

Best Travel Methods: Suitcase • Carry-On • Tote • Weekender

Travel Tip: To help preserve your hat's shape while packing, roll soft clothing such as socks, t-shirts, or tank tops and place them inside the crown. This simple step provides support during travel and helps maintain the original silhouette.
