A few styles have no adjuster and come in set sizes - those say so above.

For small stains, dilute a mild soap slightly. Dab a little on with your fingers, scrub gently with a cloth or sponge, then lift the soap with a second cloth dampened in warm water. Less is more when it comes to cleaning.
