How to pack it

Fold it into a bag and go. It comes back to its shape on its own, which is about as easy as travel gets. It does want room to breathe - a roomy tote, or the top of a case rather than the bottom. Packed tight under everything else for hours it can hold a crease, and a few seconds of steam takes it out. If you want your hat looking box-fresh, carry it instead.

  • Avoid placing heavy items on top.
  • Gently reshape after unpacking.
  • Natural fibers may soften and develop character over time.

Will it fit?

Most Wyeth hats are one size and fit most heads 55–57cm, with a velcro adjuster inside the sweatband. The adjuster sizes down, never up, so the number on this page is the largest this style will go. Every style is built on its own block, so fit can vary a little by style and batch.

A few styles have no adjuster and come in set sizes - those say so above.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery & Returns

Holiday orders: anything ordered October 30 to December 24, Black Friday included, can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15. Early Access sale orders (November 4–10) are exchange or store credit only, no refunds.

Ships from our Long Beach, CA warehouse in 2-3 business days. We work Monday to Friday, so orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday go out on Monday.

30 days to return or exchange from the day your package arrives, on unworn and undamaged items.

Sending it back: you will be offered two options, and they cost different amounts. Ship back to us gives you a prepaid label to print and drop at the carrier. Schedule package pickup has the carrier collect from your door for about $17.22, which you pay and which cannot be refunded. If you are not sure, choose Ship back to us.

Outside the holiday window, anything bought at 25% off or more is final sale. Items marked Final Sale and international orders are always final sale.

Cleaning & Care

For small stains, dilute a mild soap slightly. Dab a little on with your fingers, scrub gently with a cloth or sponge, then lift the soap with a second cloth dampened in warm water. Less is more when it comes to cleaning.

HOW THE ADJUSTER WORKS

Most Wyeth hats are one size, with a velcro adjuster strap inside the cotton twill sweatband by the WYETH logo. Pull it free, overlap it a little further, press it back down.

It sizes down, never up - so a style fits anyone at or below its number. A few styles have no adjuster at all, and those say so on their product page.
